The look, I'm ashamed to say, is growing on me! It's quite fun and quirky.

Let your inner beauty....Shine!

Hello there! Today I would like you to meet Helen. She's got beautiful lips that will make you melt.

This is a new skin line from Shine. I've unfortunately not heard of them before! That could be because I've had so much time out of SL :( . So hopefully this post will be completely unbiased because it's no fun giving slanted reviews now is it?

First of all, there are a wide range of make-ups to choose from:



Individual skins are priced at 900L and a fatpack is 2,500L.

With her bright cheeks and beautiful kissable lips; this skin is perfect for those who like a bit more colour with their eye shadow. I really like the 'Mess' (3rd - top row), the tears and running mascara are wonderful. It also ranges from the 'natural' to the full on slap, which is perfect for those that like to change their make ups regularly.



She comes in three shades, pale (as shown at the top), deep tan and tan (Yush I messed up the order!). In the above picture I have also shown the shape which comes with each skin - with super big kissable lips! Yummy!

I do however feel that the 'pale' is a teeny bit too tanned. I really like super pale skins (as though I've not been out in the sun in ages!). But! that is completely my own opinion and I'm going to be trying her other demos to try and find a really pale skin, as those lips are just to die for!

The first makeup is from the Lucky chair which changes every ten minutes and the second makeup is from the Midnight Mania which is currently on 52/100!

So get slapping that board and get your butt own to Shine and try on all the demos!

Let's be tourists!

Today I took the 'Subtle City Fashion District's' interactive "Take A Tour Of The City" (TATOTCH) hunt! The word hunt can be applied very loosely to this, as it is more of an interactive tour with gifts along the way!

I've always loved Doux Petit and doing this hunt showed me around the whole of her fantastic city! It's mostly pink... which I ADORE!

Pfft one post a week? Yeah, I'm being a bit naughty and doing a bit more than that.

Time to sparkle!

Hello there!

I've been trying more mesh items. A few months ago I said that I was sitting on the fence, and that I'd have to see more to see what I think.... and I think I have come to a conclusion.

First of all, the hair I am wearing in the following photo is mesh. It's called 'Capture' and is by Magika! It's priced at 250L and you get Blonde, Browns and blacks all in one... which is amazing. No need to buy lots of different packs.

I did have a little bit of trouble with the demo, the hair would not show up, but after re-logging everything was fine!

I had no problem with the hair not fitting me, but always try a demo before purchasing. We don't want you being disappointed now do we? :) If you don't like changing your avatar shape to fit items then this hair won't be for you. Luckily, my head was the right shape and I had no need to to adjust anything.



Moving on from hair and onto dresses. I think R.icielli has the perfect mesh dresses! In my previous post I wore the TDR one, and today I'm wearing the Valentines day hunt dress (item#5 - 15L) and it is totally awesome. It should fit all sizes as in the folder there are 5 mesh dresses each with a different size (L, M, S, XS, XXS)

If you've not been to R.icielli recently, now really is the time to go. There is the Valentines day hunt still going on (20 items 15L each) and everything in the store (excluding skins) is 50L. Amazing.

I'm baaaack

Hi there, just a quickie to say that I'm back in the world of second life.

At the current moment I don't know if I'm going to continue with this blog, while I enjoy it, it takes up a lot of time.... so perhaps I'll limit myself to one blog a week! :)

I see that mesh is really taking off, there really are some beautiful mesh items on the grid! Before I was very on the fence to mesh..... but this dress looks amazing and must be the first mesh item that I really really like.

And, Hucci makes shoes now?! Awwwwwwwesome.
