Autumn colours

I'm still in an autumn mood! Even more so after the amazing Nicol Soulstar (of N'soul) sent me two fat packs of Earings: Gosh, they are adorable, I honestly don't believe her when she says they are her first try. They just..... look so great, as if she's been making them for ages. Her stuff is amazing (as blogged about here.); I've become a real fan!

You have two choices, leaves or feathers; both as beautiful and very detailed. And they both come in lots of different colours! I did however, stop myself from using pink today! T'was such a challenge!!! Plus just a little note; I'd love to see some matching necklaces and rings. I really hope that is a future plan!

Pretty handsome awkward

In my travels, I came across an old store; Discord. In all they have 16 lucky chairs, 3 prize boards and tons of group gifts! (We can be so spoilt sometimes!) So here are three of my favourite items I picked up!

The trouser sets are advertised for men; but I honestly think they look just as good for us girlies! Ya know, showing boobies = always good! They do come with undershirts for those who don't want to show as much skin! But, if you've got them...flaunt them!

One fine day

Winter is coming thick and fast. I took my niece for a walk today (she's 2) and she was asking why all the leaves are not green! Bless. November is one of my favourite months; so much is happening. Plus, I love seeing all the warm rich colours of the leaves; as I look out of my window now I see a HUUUUUGE treee, covered with orange and yellow leaves. Just beautiful. For some reason... november is always sunny! Considering England is normally grey and rainy... it's nice to see the sun.

I was going to take her out to jump in leave piles, but sadly...we've had lots of rain! So no jumping for us yet. They need to be crispy!

Well, back to SL! I don't think my rl adventures are of any interest!!

Milk motion always put out beautiful items for their 50L weekend and I just wanted to show you the vest that has been put out this week:

It's not just the vest that is 50L! There is also a bag and matching trousers; both of which I picked up ;-). I really do like milk motions items!! This vest has a very 1970's vibe and looks very warm and snuggly!

The hair is from Clawtooth (his 50L weekend item). Now, I do not normally shop there (I'm a magika/truth kinda girl), but again, I think I'm swaying to something new. I love the fringe! It's kinda making me want one again in rl! Only thing I wish I could change is the ribbon on the back of the hair; would be nice to colour change; but that's me being super picky!!

This day in 1605, Guy Fawkes was caught in the cellars in the houses of Parliament surrounded by gunpower. He was then subsequently tried as a traitor; against the government and crown. Due to his crimes he was executed in the most vulgar way; hung, drawn and quartered. So, by having Fire works night, are we celebrating his attempt to get rid of the government? Or, are we actually celebrating having that system?

I believe that this night stands for freedom. While I don't mind having the government there, I do think some of it is preposterous; the expenses, the tax increases, the stupid rise in student fees....

So, what ever you believe. The 5th of November is a way for us English to remember!

I ask you to stand beside me one year from tonight, outside the gates of Parliament, and together we shall give them a fifth of November that shall never, ever be forgot. - V for Vendetta

Crazy Colouring

This is going to be a short post today, I've been at work all day and I'm so tired; I swear, I'm getting too old to be climbing inside organs! (church organs btw! nothing naughty!). Pluuus I'm in quite a grumpy mood! I do however still have time to stalk some lucky boards! I was quite lucky with this one. It takes 6 mins to change, no idea why. 6 seems a rather weird number to me.
