Cyber goth!

This theme arose as I just wanted to do something I had not really had anything to do with for a while. The last time I really wore 'goth' outfits (in sl) was last year....and I thought it'd be fun to experiment with whats on offer (and old items in my inventory)

So, I popped along to -Dv8- a well known cyber goth shop. A lot had changed since I last went, first of all; it's a lot bigger and a hell of a lot more selection. When you tp in your welcomed by the models there (so sweet!).

So, I had a quick snout around then made my way to the lucky chairs.

First of all, I checked the group; I used to be a member but in my travels I think I quit (which I really hate doing). This outfit below is a group gift! You get the outfit (top and skirt) which also comes in a stripe set and the shoes :)

What is also great about this outfit is that you can wear it without the skirt, and have some sexy latex hot pants!

Lucky chairs/boards really dislike me, but with 3 chairs in dv8 I was able to grab a few goodies!! (there are loads around the store!). I however did not get any of the clothes =[ just shoes, which is better than nothing. :) They are very lush, I've been playing with them all evening xD

These shoes are fully changeable, meaning so many choices!

Last picture, a neko! These free ears have a matching tail (also free); they have the 'twisted hunt' boxes on them. If you had bad experiences of the hunts...I hope it does not cause you bad memories! I heard it was hard!

If I have to do exercise...I might as well look good doing it!!

I'm not sure about other countries, but here in England the government want us to do 30 mins of exercise 5 days a week. Now, I'm not really complaining; I don't however go to the gym or go running, but I have a manual job (lifting heavy parts and lots of running to and fro). I also walk to University most days annnd I have an 8 year old sister and a 2 year old niece; they keep me on my feet!

Anyway, if I was go to and exercise I want to look ah-mazing doing it. So here are my 'second life' exercise looks! Without using bright coloured leotards (80's much?)

Time for work!

First of all, I shall tell you a little story; (are you sitting comfortably? Good. Then I'll begin)..... I'm in the process of sorting out my second life inventory... it's hectic; much like my rl bedroom! However, sometimes I find an old item and think "oooo!! I've not been there for ages! I wonder if they are still open!". So I try and track down the store (most of the time, sadly, they are closed.) Anyway, I found an old hunt item from Je*Republic ( a pretty little silver dress) and it made me wonder how the store had changed and if they had any new stock ect ect.

I used an old LM firstly; and it took me to this Zyngo place xD Anyway, try, try again and ta daaaa I found her new store. (I love to do things in a complicated manner.)

Her new store looks amazing, still the same colour scheme (gold and black) but she's added a Dj/club room and some other nifty areas.

As I was browsing the shop I came across these little...things which I can only describe as looking like canopic Jars!! Ten in all, some free, some 1L and others 10L each with a cute little gift inside!! Not going to post them all here; you'll have to go looksie!

Also, she has a freebie wall full of lucky boards and some items for free!

Anniversary Gift

It's been a long time, Mr bond.

Yeah so the title may be referenced completly wrong...but it has been a whole year (just over!) since I blogged.

I'm going to re-start again. I enjoy writing and this may help my brain cells to start working. I'm just about to start my second year of unversity and I think I have cob-webs in my brain!!

Anyway, reccently I've been feeling very Autumny; my mother however keeps saying "It's not Autumn yet! It's still Summer!!". Well, I have a god damn cold. I think it's freezing. Therefore I think it's Autumn! My mother does not understand my logic!

I went shopping in rl for clothes (for the Autumn!!) so.... I thought it was only fair if I went shopping in sl!

In this outfit, I went for warmer colours and a mixture of fabrics. I'd so wear this in rl! I'd feel all snug and warm plus look awesome.
